Technical Lighting Control (TLC) strobe arms are manufactured to precision specifications to satisfy the needs of the most demanding underwater photographers and filmmakers. Constructed from lightweight, high grade aircraft aluminum, each piece is treated with black Teflon through an anodization process which allows smooth, accurate strobe positioning under the most adverse conditions.
