This Privacy and Cookies Notice explains how Aquatica Digital (“Aquatica”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information on aquatica.ca in accordance with Québec’s Law 25 and other applicable privacy laws.
We design and manufacture high-end underwater housings and accessories for cameras and related equipment.

3. What personal information we collect
We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us or that is generated when you use our website:
- Contact forms

- Any information you include in your message
- Online purchases (shop)
- Name
- Email address
- Billing and shipping address
- Phone number (for delivery/contact)
- Order details (products ordered, amounts, history)
- Payment-related information (card brand, last digits, etc.) processed securely by our payment service providers (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal, or others).
We do not store your full payment card number on our systems.
- Usage data and analytics (Google Analytics)
When you visit aquatica.ca, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and similar technologies to collect data such as:- Pages visited and actions taken on the site

6. Managing your cookie preferences

7. Where your information is stored and who we share it with
We may share your personal information only with trusted partners who help us operate our business. These include:

8. How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, including:
- Order and invoicing information: kept for the period required by accounting and tax laws.
- Contact form messages: kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up on your request.
- Analytics data: kept in Google Analytics for a limited period in aggregated form, according to settings we configure in our Analytics account.
After these periods, information is deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
9. Your rights under Québec’s Law 25 and other laws

10. Confidentiality incidents (data breaches)

- Notify the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec and affected individuals when the incident presents a risk of serious injury.
